Pricing questions
What counts as a voice minute?
Every minute your AI voice agent spends on a call, rounded up to the next minute. Calls transferred to you stop counting once you pick up.
What counts as a chat conversation?
One conversation is a visitor's chat session, however many messages it contains. A new conversation starts if they come back after 24 hours.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Your agents keep working. We'll tell you when you reach 80% of your allowance, and you can add a top-up or move up a plan. We'll never cut off a caller mid-conversation.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, training on your business information and testing are included in every plan.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Plans run month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do I keep my own phone number?
Yes. You forward calls to your AI agent from your existing number, either all the time, when you're busy, or after hours.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect straight away, and downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes. All prices exclude VAT at 23%.
