This policy explains how BizGrowth ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit bizgrowthco.com, talk to our AI demo agents or contact us. BizGrowth is a business name of Michael Kealy, sole trader, Ballingarry, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, E41 RT99. We are the data controller for the data described here.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number and business name, when you fill in a form, chat with our AI assistant or call our demo agent.
  • Conversation content from chats and calls with our AI demo agents, including call recordings and transcripts where you've been told the call is recorded.
  • Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote (legitimate interests and steps before a contract).
  • To provide our services if you become a customer (contract).
  • To improve our AI agents and website (legitimate interests).
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data, and we don't use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including our CRM and AI platform, website hosting and email. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and customer records for as long as Irish tax law requires, currently six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
